Oversaw all digital content for the e-commerce store and launched over 20 new products over the course of the year.
Midnight Rider, Inc. – oversaw all business affairs and legal work for the company, including drafting of new licenses, trademark and copyright issues, negotiating settlements and acquisitions, as well as general counsel. Managed new and existing IP, and oversaw development of ten new IPs within the last year.
CropCircle, Inc. – provide all business affairs and legal support for the company, including licensing of new media products and development of new media technology for digital e-commerce.
The Source Kitchen, Inc. – incorporation of a new company specializing in production of reality television. Negotiated all production agreements and supervised brand development of new IP.
ICDC College, Inc. – oversaw all of business and legal affairs transition from a brick and mortar company to a digital online educational system, including employment agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, vendor agreements, real estate agreements, NDAs, and other corporate transactional matters.

Recruited by Legendary Entertainment, a Warner Bros. based feature film production and finance company, to develop and re-launch the overall division strategy for Legendary Publishing, a new company imprint focusing on graphic novels, comics and specialty books.
Leading all aspects of the department, including business affairs, marketing, editorial, and operations including supervising a staff of 3 employees, which re-launched with 15 all new IPs to be released over the next 3-4 calendar years, therefore increasing the slate from 1 release to 4-5 releases per calendar year.
Negotiated and contracted all talent deals, distribution agreements, and licensing deals, which amounted to an average of 5 contracts per week. Supervised all PR and marketing for the department, including 3 external consultants and internal marketing campaigns for each of the books.
Oversaw all events for the department, including 2012 San Diego Comic Con, WonderCon, and C2E2.
Managed all operations for the department including business plans and models, P&L reports and invoicing with budgets between $500,000 to $1.5 million.
Approved all editorial decisions including talent, formats, and release schedules for 15 books to be released in calendar years from 2012-2014.
